The NanoFC® is unique in its ability to quickly scale and move within a facility or to another location miles away.

• Each module has built in casters to allow removal and insertion of additional storage
• In this example, our client initially purchased a NanoFC® X7 to cover their hyperlocal inventory and velocity requirements
• As the company grew, they required additional sku’s and more speed for fulfillment
• We provided a smaller NanoFC® (X3)
• Two storage modules were removed from the X7 and added to the new X3
• This provided both a significant increase in performance, and an increase of available sku’s and DIOH with 2 NanoFC® X5’s

Manufacturing Lead-Time

Let’s remove this step! Our NanoFulfillment systems are pre-manufactured and readily available. The only time you will have to add is shipping time, depending on your location.

Goods-In / Put-Away

Product is received and put away into storage bins. Storage bins with new inventory are then automatically stored away in the storage module. Our software always has full visibility and control over tote content and tote location.

Order Fulfillment

Orders are picked following the goods-to-person principle. The pick cell has an ergonomic design and a customizable configuration with 2 donor tote positions and space for up to 10 order tote positions so operators can pick multiple orders at the same time.
